Having kicked off their run with Avenged Sevenfold, In Flames have revealed that their new Bassist is in fact… 

Hakan Skoger! Not confirmed as the permanent replacement for the band I would imagine that Skoger will probably be a touring Bassist for a little while to see if he can take the gig. This follows the unexpected departure of Peter Iwers, who left the band late last year. Making his debut at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro it’s one hell of a way to open up your potential career with In Flames! 

Skoger was previously a part of Passenger a side project formed of other In Flames members. Now we’ll just have to wait and see what the band decide in regards to if he will stay on.
