Not losing the band’s original hunger for creating some of the most visceral material both musically and lyrically, The Bleeding incorporates new elements of groove that the band had forsaken for speed before whilst also ensuring that their repellent subject matter remained. Including a personal favourite of mine the relentless “The Pick Axe Murders“, an undisputed masterpiece in Death Metal.
