Kicking 2015 off with a bang saw an eventful mini tour, where Cattle Decapitation went out to bring the ruckus. Among a stabbing one of the most talked about parts of the tour was support Theories. Main support for Cattle Decapitation each night of the short run, the band have now seemingly won over Brian Slagel over at Metal Blade.
Having recorded their new album, Regression in 2014 the band are set to unleash their own brand of death grind to the masses this March. Bringing something new to the table Theories aren’t specifically traditional death grind, with technical riffs and the bombastic fury governed by the genre the band make something very refreshingly different in what can be an overdone genre.
Now with single the optimistically the titled “Cycles Of Decay” we see the first example of Theories pessimistic bleak, aural bludgeoning. Definitely worth a listen and sure to be a great new comer in 2015 that will surely be a buzz all over. We give to you Theories!
