Following their revelation that the band will be calling it a day, The Dillinger Escape Plan announced their final album Dissociation and today have premiered a second song “Symptom Of Terminal Illness“.

Following the usual Dillinger Escape Plan pattern the track ebbs and flows, moving with the Patton-esque chorus sections from Puciato combining the somewhat eerie and often unhinged nature of their clean guitar sections with unpredictable blasts of distortion. Fans of The Dillinger Escape Plan will no doubt love the track, it brings elements to the table that perhaps had not been thought of previously whilst also sounding right at home.

The Dillinger Escape Plan’s final album Dissocation is set for an October 7th release via Party Smasher.
