For those listening to Radio One’s Rockshow tonight there have been some interesting revelations surrounding one of the UK’s biggest festivals.

Having previously announced Download 2016’s headliners to be Rammstein, Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden the festival has had some interesting developments. Announcing tonight that heavy weights Korn and Motorhead will be joining German legends Rammstein for Friday’s performance.  Not only that but Saturday will see the likes of  Deftones and Megadeth joining the legendary Black Sabbath on their The End tour and finally Nightwish and Disturbed joining Iron Maiden as the festival closes.

Absolutely huge announcements from the Download camp, with Deftones and Megadeth having albums in the pipeline and Nightwish making a Finnish debut with their headline performance scheduled for the end of the year at London’s SSE Wembley Arena this is set to be the biggest Download yet!
