That’s it. Officially announced (posted on the bands Instagram) are shots of Trujillo “Rockin’ along“. Finally the band are finished with, “well maybe we might do something here…” Oh no wait lets play Antarctica, then write a film and then we’re thinking of working on some new material. This is actually it, Metallica are in the studio.
All signs would point to that way, when we will be hearing any new material is anyone’s guess. The newest stuff we’ve heard from these metal monoliths was The Lords Of Summer played at some shows last year. If the album will be anything similar to that song then perhaps I think we might be out of the clutches of the Lulu era Metallica. Either way the biggest band in metal is in the studio, we will let you know more when we have it.
