Finland’s premier humppa metallers Korpiklaani will be making a comeback this year, and slowly but surely we are hearing details about the new album…

The new album will be called ‘Noita‘, in reference to a dark form of Finnish Shamanism, why not right? No music or tracklisting yet, but the album is due to hit the shelves on May 1st via Nuclear Blast Records. The band have had 3 years to think about this one, and hopefully we can hear some well-crafted speed folk from the days of ‘Tales Along This Road‘ with the new material.

No difference in album art style as you can see below, but we are excited for a new ‘klaani album as it’s been a long time coming!
