The long wait for Slayer fans will come to an end soon.
At long last it has been confirmed that Slayer will be releasing their brand new album, entitled Repentless on September 11th via Nuclear Blast. The record will be produced for the first time ever by Terry Date who has previously worked with the thrash greats Pantera to name but one.
When speaking about the new album Kerry King stated in a recent interview that “Implode”,” When The Stillness Comes” and “Atrocity Vendor” will all be appearing on the new album however not as we all know them. With the songs containing different vocals, guitar lines etc… Ensuring that though we may know the titles we don’t know the song. The album will be ten tracks long, three of which will be the aforementioned tunes. This will be a very interesting release from Slayer now with Gary Holt of Exodus along with Paul Bostaph without Jeff Hanneman, it will be interesting to see what direction the band choose to go in…
