Wovenwar Announce Honor Is Dead Album

And stream brand new song “Censorship“.

In the ashes of As I Lay Dying after the pretty mad news regarding Lambesis, Wovenwar was born formed for the four guys behind the band and adding in Oh, Sleeper singer Shane a lay the band unveiled their brand new album for the world to see. Now the band will be returning with their second offering Honor Is Dead October 21st via Metal Blade.

Taking more of a serious standpoint lyrically the album will be dealing with more than just personal experiences. Though they will still be there, it seems that Wovenwar are thinking to speak more about current issues of the modern day rather than the likes of past happenings. Not only that however but the band have made their first single “Censorship” available for listening.

Similar to the previous album the band focus on riffing, though contrary to their self titled work the overall tone is certainly a lot darker. With the song structure itself being of a heavier weight and Blay’s vocals changing to suit whatever the situation might require. Listen to the brand new song and see what you think!

Wovenwar’s brand new album Honor Is Dead is set for an October 21st release via Metal Blade.
