After recently entering the studio Swedish death metal maestros have now completed the recording process of their brand new album. The as yet untitled affair will be the bands follow up to 2012’s crushing Odalheim. A solid album which saw them bring their brand of death metal to a new level.

Produced once more by guitarist Fredrik Folkare the band recorded the new album at Chrome Studios in Stockholm. Following both musically and theoretically from Odalheim the new album will be more delving into Norse mythology. Beginning with As Yggdrasil Trembles, the Norse mythology is a great one to immerse yourselves in. Confident that this is the best album he band has produced Unleashed front man Jonny Hedlund states :

“Unleashed are now done mastering and we now have the finished product in our hands. Fredrik has once again done a tremendous job in the studio and I would say that this is our best produced album to date. We are very much looking forward to the release date and playing some of the songs live.”

As of yet the album has no release date or title but at least we know that it has in fact been recorded! More updates when we have them!
