To commemorate their anniversary this year not only are Opeth playing London’s Palladiun to celebrate ten years since Ghost Reveries but will also be releasing The Book Of Opeth.
Available in two different formats the book chronicles the entire time of Opeth as a band. From its fruition right up to the modern day, the first format will be the standard edition, which features the 208 page book along with 300 exclusive never before seen pictures and two previously unreleased tracks, which will be at the price of 40 while the slightly more lavish can get the signature edition.
Featuring the same as the standard edition save for the fact that the book will be presented in a Clam Shell case, limited to 500 copies worldwide, limited edition prints by Travis Smith, signed by Akerfeldt himself and a mention of thanks! Though if that does tickle your fancy you’ll have to fork out 250 pounds.
Check out the site for yourself here and get your hands on some of Metal’s best history no doubt!
The Book Of Opeth will be published by UK publishers Rocket 88 and is looking for a December release date for that perfect Metal present.
