Just under a month ago we had the pleasure of speaking to one of Progressive Metal’s heralded heroes before their blistering set at London’s Electric Ballroom. Acting as a double header of sorts Haken were not one to miss in the double package with their recent stint with Between The Buried and Me. Having previously spoken to both Rich and Ross we thought perhaps it was time to get a different side of the coin. Keyboardist Deigo Tejeida was gracious enough to speak with us about what the state of Haken’s new album is, the story behind Crystallised and his shared passion for Phillip Glass.

Seeing bands sprout from nothing, these were the real beginnings of the Death Metal scene. Releasing their previous album Severance and embarking on an intense touring schedule it has been the band grow bigger and bigger, to accomplish what many bands will not have accomplished in their life time. Now on album number three with a Download performance on the main stage under their belt, we were lucky enough to speak to singer and true gent Jamie Graham surrounding their brand new release. Lucky enough to catch Tazmanian torrent on their tour through the UK we sat down and spoke to one of the most important cogs in the Psycroptic machine, Dave Haley. Known far and wide for their musical prowess both brothers Dave and Joe are the musical masterminds behind the band. The Final Bloodstock Interview With : Adam and Sam (King Leviathan)

Though Bloodstock might be known far and wide for it’s incredible line up of already established bands it is also a fantastic platform for the lesser known British bands to really have a chance to be heard. Brighton born King Leviathan performed on one of the smaller stages Friday this year and received truly a heroes welcome.
