Earlier this week we heard through the grape vine that it was rumoured that Lamb Of God sticks man Chris Adler would be drumming on the new Megadeth album. Though this is all hear say it seems that there are more details appearing that this could actually be true. With a sneaky shot of the two meeting in a restaurant, naturally the Internet went ballistic.

With people firing all sorts of ideas from the meeting, but it would seem that the most like scenario would be that the drummer will be drumming on the new Megadeth album. As of yet no one has heard of any news regarding the guitarist of Megadeth. Many people secretly hope that it will be Friedman, though as much as I would love it personally, I just don’t think that it’s going to happen. With Adler‘s portfolio containing not only the stellar work with Lamb Of God but work from Protest The Hero on Volition. Featuring some truly crazy drum patterns. I would be happy to hear Adler‘s work on Megadeth. Perhaps it would give the band a little more life aswell, drums in thrash often get a little lost amongst the guitar solo’s and shred offs…
Though this is all speculation like always! What do you think?
