Aussie metallers Psycroptic have not only signed a deal with Prosthetic but have also announced that they will be releasing a new album in March of next year. “Echoes To Come” will be the first single released on November 4th, available currently is a twenty second snippet of the song, which you can listen to below. The self titled album will be their first effort since 2012’s The Inherited Repression, much of the idea behind the self titled monicker is that the album is very much a back to basics this is what embodies the band approach. Their previous releases all being fairly strong, personally I have always liked Psycroptic but just wished they would incorporate some slight melody. Given their chops at executing riffs with pin point accuracy could you imagine what a good solo would have the potential to sound like?

Either way the new record will be released in 2015 and check back on November 4th for the first single “Echoes To Come“
