Releasing their new album Battles later this November, In Flames are letting us in on what it was like to be in the studio working with Howard Benson himself.

Helming some massive releases of modern years from My Chemical Romance’s Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge and Saosin’s self titled record to right across the board to working with Kelly Clarkson,Howard Benson has been around the block.

In this latest studio video the producer chronicles what it was like when he was approached to record and produce the new In Flames record Battles and the relationship that was born not only from the recording but from being with the band themselves, making him even head out and visit the band in their native Gothenburg. Giving more of an idea behind the process of the album its a great video that will no doubt immerse fans evermore into the writing process behind their new album.
