Taking to BBC Radio 1 last night Download announced even more bands that will be performing at this year’s instalment of the festival.
A plethora of different bands were announced to join the already brilliant line up for this year’s Download Festival last night. From the more popular to the lesser known bands once again the line up this year is shaping up to be as eclectic as ever in Donington.
Ranging from the Punk-y NOFX to Amon Amarth‘s Viking warriors, Alien Ant Farm and their nineties classics, an appearance from Janes Addiction even new upstarts Bury Tomorrow who released their highest charted record yet Earthbound just two weeks ago. Then of course the more cult favourites like thrashers Municipal Waste and doom lords Electric Wizard. Not to mention Progressive metallers Periphery are currently writing their brand new album following up from their phenomenal double effort Juggernaut. Well played indeed Download!
