With much of the recording process being done on the new
Deftones record we all heard some very good news.
Deciding to instead record his vocal tracks at home Chino Moreno has at long last announced that his vocal tracks are now done. The singer decided to record his tracks separate to the entire band who finished up their recording back in April. Stating on the Deftones Facebook page;
Finished recording my voice parts for record. 🙂 -chino

It looks like we might be seeing the arrival of a new Deftones record sooner than we thought. Perhaps in the coming weeks we might be treated to a new song or two! The band are currently on the festival circuit but no doubt we will be hearing of some news soon! The above image
is also currently Deftones’ profile picture, could this perhaps be a clue to a new album name?
