Thrash metal legends Testament have announced they will be releasing their follow up to 2012’s Dark Roots Of Earth early next year. In a recent interview frontman and giant Chuck Billy announced that there will be a new Testament album.
“We’re writing the record right now. And hopefully it will be out March next year. And its gonna be some good stuff.”
After releasing one of their best albums back in 2012 it shall be hard to follow up, although with Steve DiGiorgio on bass guitar the band are hoping to evoke the same feeling as their seminal The Gathering. Either way we will be seeing a new album sooner than we thought, more news as soon as we get it and perhaps a new track in the not so distant future!
In other news Chuck Billy we be featuring as a guest vocalist on the new Exodus album, Blood In, Blood Out. Which will be released October 14th via Nuclear Blast Records
