Following the unpredicatable news that Beyond Creation had decided to part ways with their bassist, Dominic Lapointe‘s replacement has been announced. Taking over is bassist Hugo Doyon-Karou, who plays alongside guitarist Kevin Charte in other band Brought By Pain. With their working relationship being close already the band saw it as a no brainier. Beyond Creation very much brought the fret less guitar to the fore front, so whoever it was that they decided to choose had to be a master at their instrument.

Its also fair to say that they found a replacement incredibly quickly! Perhaps due to the relationship already established between the two. Having worked with Doyon-Karou for three years, the bassist and the band seem to be on the same wavelength. It will be interesting to see s contribution to a new album!
