All has not been tops in the legendary rockers camp as of late, and sadly this throws gasoline on to the fire…

Phil Rudd, drummer of AC/DC, has been charged with attempting to procure two murders and possession of cannabis and methamphetamines. His home in New Zealand was raided this morning where the police found the drugs and formally charged him with procuring murders, with only little unconfirmed details emerging about the murder charges. He allegedly attempted to hire a hitman to murder two people, neither of which have been identified.

The charges would explain Rudd’s absence from latest promotional material for their upcoming album ‘Rock or Bust‘, but with Rudd’s arrest and Malcolm Young’s diagnosis of dementia the new album release is likely to be overshadowed by the events, and possibly start to spell the end for AC/DC who have served the rock community so well in the last 41 years.

Rudd will appear in a New Zealand court on November 27th, and more details of these events should emerge.
