Having been quiet for more than long enough Gorgoroth have lifted the veil on their brand new album.

Premiering the first song from the record over at Terrorizer the band seem to have taken the time incredibly wisely. Delivering the knock out punch that is “Ad Omnipotens Aeterne Diabolus“, the band have found the bridge between the brutal beginnings and a progressive black metal sound that will make this one of 2015’s must have black metal albums of the year. Not to mention the excellent artwork that we can see that looks like the band are taking it back to their roots, yet embracing the sense of new beginnings for the band.

Moving through various tempos creating fantastically bleak soundscapes the band have truly blown my expectations away. It will be interesting see if fellow Gorgorockers God Seed will be stack up to the competition this year with their new release in the works.

Gorgoroth’s Instinctus Bestialis is set for a June 8th release via Soulseller Records.
