Following on from the information that Abbath will be performing at this year’s Damnation we now have some more Doom related news in the form of Electric Wizard.
Closing the Jagermeister stage after an exclusive performance from the aforementioned Abbath, Electric Wizard will be delivering their signature Doom in spades at Damnation. The band’s frontman Jus Oborn states :
“Since the last time, we have played sold-out concerts and tours worldwide but it is an honour to return to where it ‘began’ at one of the original UK metal festivals that first ‘believed’ in the cult of Electric Wizard.”
It has to be said that Damnation is an incredibly eclectic little festival and brings band’s from all sorts of genres in the Metal spectrum together and Electric Wizard performing will no doubt be a treat!
