Listen to the first example of brand new material from the band’s forthcoming album Select Difficulty.

Having created the absolute behemoth that was Juggernaut just last year the band resolved to return to the studio and have created their brand new album Periphery III : Select Difficulty. Today we can at last hear a brand new track from the band. If you like me were wondering what kind of direction Periphery could go in after such a grandiose statement that was Juggernaut I implore you to listen to their brand new track “The Price Is Wrong“.

Easily one of the heaviest songs the band has released and with a subject matter of extinguishing human life you wouldn’t be surpsrised it was. The interesting take on a lyric video is of course done in the Periphery style and features some Rubik’s Cube style heads changing which is a nice change from the standard gloomy background with lyrics thrust on. 

This has made me very excited for the new record to come to see what other elements might be up for exploration in Periphery’s  new jam.
