Melodic black metallers Xanthochroid have announced that they have returned to the studio to record their follow up to 2012’s ‘Blessed He With Boils’.

The announcement was very short, simple, and to the point reading – ‘Holy shit we officially start recording tomorrow’. Doesn’t exactly fit the black metal conventions to announce an album like a teenage girl going to a dance, but we are excited to hear what the band have to offer with the sophomore effort having produced an impressive debut.
