The time is soon coming to an end as Skeletonwitch have wrapped up their recording of their EP. 

After the unexpected departure of vocalist Chance Garnette, Skelentonwitch were unsure which direction to go in. Leaving just before a European tour they recruited temporary man Andy Horn to fill in for the vocalist, which we got to see first hand and could definitely strut his stuff. 

Announcing that the band entered the studio, I will admit I was a little saddened to hear that they will be releasing an EP rather than a full length. However under the circumstances it has to be understood that the foundations of the group had been firmly shaken with Garnette’s departure. I can now happily inform you that at long last the recording of said EP is now finished. Heading to Developing Nations to record the EP with producer Kevin Bernsten the EP was tracked with the as of yet unnamed new singer. Set to reveal the singer’s identity next week, presumably before the band head out on tour with Abbath in the states. 

Whatever the weather we’re still going to be hearing new Skeletonwitch this year! Any guesses who that new singer might be?
