Hevy Fest has announced the first string of bands set to perform at this year’s festival and the line up doesn’t disappoint!

After releasing their brilliant return to form Freedom last year, Refused have seen their already hardened fan base grow from strength to strength. Now the band will be headlining Hevy Fest joined among them will be Tech Metallers Sikth, While She Sleeps, Animals As Leaders, Gnarwolves, Hacktivist, Krokodil, No Consequence, Devil Sold His Soul, Forever Never, Vukovi, Murdock and finally When Our Time Comes.

Well well it seems that this year’s Hevy Fest is leaning towards a more Technical vantage point compared to last years which had appearances from Thrice and Coheed and Cambria, either way Hevy Fest seems to be doing well so far! Having had to change location the festival will take place from 19th of August to the 20th in Newhaven, Derbyshire
