After less than a year, vocalist Tony Harnell leaves Skid Row.

Best known with his work with Norwegian heavy metal outlet TNT, Tony Harnell joined the legendary Skid Row earlier this year as a replacement for long time vocalist Johnny Solinger. It appears it hasn’t worked out however.

Harnell announced his departure yesterday:

“I’m sorry to inform everyone that I’m no longer the lead singer for Skid Row. I thank the fans for their love and support!”

No information was given as to why he has suddenly parted ways with the band, but I’m sure we’ll hear in the coming days!
