Fans of Devin Townsend might be getting a treat come this Friday with the man’s performance of the Royal Albert Hall spectacle but now Townsend has announced that his project Casualties of Cool will release their debut album.

Previously being released last year the release of Casualties of Cool, which for those who don’t know is comprised of Devin Townsend and one Chė Aimee Dorval. The two come together to perform what I can only describe as space country, yet with both vocal talents coming together it’s a fantastic listen and was easily one of 2014’s most overlooked albums. 

Not only will the record be released on a two CD dormant but will include a filmed performance of Casualties of Cool‘s performance at the Union Chapel. Performing nearer the albums original release the show was a quaint performance that was not one to miss out on but now for those that did you can see the performance! 

Casualties of Cool release their reissued album on January 15th 2016
