Tesseract Name New Album Announce Release Date

If you’re a fan of Megadeth then you’re going to love Polaris!

Tesseract have been busy toiling away at the studio for their brand new album. Having holed up earlier this year to write the record it was announced that we would be expecting a new release this September.

Now it seems that we can at long last reveal that the bands brand new album will be entitled Polaris. After the phenomenal success that was Altered State we saw the band reach new heights higher than ever expected before. Including being the first band to ever play on a stage made entirely of ice.

Having decided to return to the band previous singer Dan Tompkins returns on the new album on vocal duties. Though there has not been an official track released, the band have given us a taster of what is to come with a teaser for the new album.

Releasing their very first live CD/DVD combo it would seem that this is merely the beginning of Tesseract’s take over in the modern metal arena. Fans can expect a deeper exploration of various different to new and sounds with the new release.

Tesseracts brand new album Polaris is set for a September 18th via Kscope.
