What a tour this is shaping up to be! Not only have AMORPHIS and ELUVEITIE added more dates to their European tour, they’re bringing along so fantastic friends.

Previously announcing that there was indeed trouble in paradise after some of the band left Eluveitie have now regained control and have finalised their line up.
An odd announcement today…Eluveitie will clear out it’s founding members in a change that has surprised everyone.
Eluveitie have been on a rocket ride to the top of their game for the better part of the last decade. It’s arguable to say that the band have set an incredible standard for folk metal with the series of folk instrument virtuosos that fused with death metal riffing. Bringing their latest album ‘Origins’ to London we catch up with frontman Chrigel Glanzmann to ask a few questions about how Eluveitie continues to pioneer such complex music.
This November weekend has certainly been eventful. The tragic events in Paris sadly foreshadowed it, but two megashows across London spanning different shades of metal music showed the resolve, spirit and unity of metalheads and the support they showed for their fellow humans. The second of those megashows featured three titans – Epica, Eluveitie, and Scar Symmetry – and they were here to give their all.
The Swiss folk metal titans have made the sad announcement that violin player Nicole Ansperger has decided to leave the band.
With the two set to storm Europe at the end of the year, they will now head to North America before in September!
