Everyone’s favourite alien loving metal outfit Rings of Saturn have announced that they will be support for the upcoming Ground Zero tour. Although not the headlining act they will be one to look out for, after melting the punters faces at their appearances this summer over The Summer Slaughter tour, Rings Of Saturn have built up a lot of hype surrounding the band. Joining As Blood Runs Black will be Upon This Dawning, Elitist, Those Who Fear and Convalescence.
In more Rings of Saturn news, a trailer for their new album Luga Ki En has surfaced. The five minute teaser, showcases samples from all the tracks from the bands up coming album which are as out there as ever. With a more melodic approach than the previous widdling but still maintaining that zanyness that makes the band almost a cult classic, not to mention their cover of Suicide Silence‘s No Pity For A Coward! A lot of people are quick to judge saying that it’s technicality for technicality’s sake and, yes although the songs are complex in nature it doesn’t mean that they are necessarily badly written. I for one thing that Rings of Saturn stand alone, mind you the alien metal arena is a very specific niche…
Luga Ki En will be released October 14th via Unique Leader.
