After having whetted everyone’s appetite with the announcement of their new album Obituary have now at long last got some small previews of what to expect when you eventually do get your hands on Inked In Blood. With small snippets off three songs “Visions In My Head”, “Violence” and the title track “Inked In Blood”, this is back to basics Obituary with their signature sound having a revamped 21st century feeling, the production is crisp enough yet still has that brutal death metal sound. If this small trailer is anything to go by Inked In Blood will definitely be pretty high up on the death metal albums of the year.
