Following on from their announcement that their new album Inked In Blood has in fact been given a name, Obituary performed at Stonehenge fest on Saturday the 26th of July in Steenwijk, Holland. Some bright spark has decided to steal their back drop, although not essential to their show its still a stupid thing to do and is not metal. Anyone who know’s anything should help the band out immediately and find the imbecile(s) responsible for stealing it. Hopefully the rest of their appearances will go unhindered and who knows maybe they might even get it back! Here is a statement from the band themselves.

“[On] Saturday [July 26], at Stonehenge festival in Steenwijk, Holand somebody stole our backdrop. It happened right after our performance while we were packing up our equipment. Here is a photo of it so if you know who has it or think you might know anything about this, please helps us get it back! Can’t describe how important it is to us and it really sucks for the band and the fans these remaining shows to see OBITUARY without it hanging! Real bummer!!
