Obituary have at long last released a brand new track from their forthcoming album Inked In Blood. “Visions In My Head” is, as we expected, very much quintessential Obituary. With a toned up beefier sound and a groove that is as infectious as it is heavy not to mention the excellently executed solo near the end of the record, this is sure to be one of the best death metal albums of the year. With the Tardy brothers firing on all cylinders, its similar to their excellent Cause Of Death but with an injection of energy that gives this classic death metal band a  slick new age sound.
