Writing and recording their forthcoming record Neurosis had been quietly toiling away working on the new record. All the while celebrating their thirtieth anniversary s as a band with special performances the band have now finished their new album. 

Announcing their brand new album to be titled Fires Within Fires, set for a September 23rd release via the band’s own label Neurot Recordings. With this being the band’s eleventh studio effort it could be understandable that the band might be running out of steam but somehow I very much doubt it. Not to mention it will be the band’s first album in four years since the release of their previous record Honor Found In Decay. The band have also released news surrounding several festival appearances later in August in Europe. 

Neurosis will release their brand new album Fires Within Fires September 23rd.
