Mithridatic Are Uping The Deaththrash Game

The French death thrashers have announced a new album for September 13th, and their new track ‘The Night Torn From Herself’ absolutely slays.

“Deaththrash isn’t a thing!” you say. Of course it is, we live in an age where we can invent subgenres for just about anything, and Mithridatic are certainly owning this one today. The debut single off the album is fast, fierce and everything you want from a crossover genre. It’s certainly made this Tuesday a bit more epic.

If this is what is to come off their upcoming album ‘Tetanos Mystique’, we certainly are looking forward to it.

Listen to the new track below:

About the new album:

“Titled after a book by French writer Roger GILBERT-LECOMTE who used to willingly infect himself with Tetanus in order to dive into delirious mystical crises and based on books by infamous and controversial French writer Louis-Ferdinand CELINE or German-American writer Charles BUKOWSKI, produced, like its predecessor, by Francis CASTE (SINSANEUM, ARKHON INFAUSTUS, DEHUMAN…), “Tétanos Mystique”, the new MITHRIDATIC album, is the logical step further for the band and it has way more to offer than meets the eye.”

Tetanos Mystique is out 13th September via Xenokorp Records.
