Ex-Decapitated drummer and YouTube vlogger Kerim “Krimh” Lechner has announced that he has joined Greek death metallers Septicflesh.
The announcement comes hot after the band notified the public that their drummer Fotis Gianakopolous had departed the band.
Krimh has been a busy man this year, more recently starting a death metal project with The Haunted guitarist Ole Englund, and has now joined the Greek titans to add to his repertoire.
He commented on joining the band:
“I feel very honored to join such a great band which has been one of my favorites since years.
“Septicflesh’s music is outstanding and unique. It is melodic and heavy but with groove. Exactly how I like it!
“I can’t wait to start a new chapter with Septicflesh and see you on the road.”
Couldn’t get a better replacement drummer for Septicflesh, and we look forward to seeing Krimh on the road with the band!
