Modern metallers Five Finger Death Punch have been announced as support for Judas Priest on their European tour, which has to be a key nominee for oddest tour combination of 2015.
The band will play on Judas Priest’s arena tour, despite the band have very contrasting sounds. The tour isn’t long, but will cover key cities in large venues in Europe. Expect Rob Halford to make an appearance with the band who featured his vocal talent on Five Finger Death Punch’s single ‘Lift Me Up‘.
Guitarist Zoltan Bathory commented:
“All of us grew up big JUDAS PRIEST fans so it was amazing to work with Rob on ‘Lift Me Up’,” said FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH guitarist Zoltan Bathory. “Not only is he a true rock icon but one of the greatest guys you’ll ever meet.
“To come back to Europe with JUDAS PRIEST next year is taking it over the top and a dream come true.
“We’ve had a fantastic year in Europe and can’t wait to get back again next summer.”
