Following on from their special appearance just before the end of last year in the states with The Red Chord, Despised Icon are the latest band to be announced for this years Ghostfest. Held at both Leeds and Bristol, big student towns in England Ghostfest is a small all dayer show that has garnered more and more popularity over the years. Think Damnation but more core, it has now been revealed that Canadian metallers Despised Icon will be playing the festival in celebration of the ten year anniversary of The Healing Process.

Previously Ghostfest has hosted the likes of Suicide Silence, Whitechapel and even The Black Dahlia Murder in their infancy. Sure to be a great way to celebrate the iconic album, perhaps there fight be a small run of UK dates that will be announced nearer the time. We shall keep you updated!
