It seems that although August is indeed all round a pretty quiet month, it’s pretty loud in the Belphegor camp. Releasing Conjuring The Dead this week showcases how a small amount of people can make a serious amount of noise. With production duties handled by Erik Rutan the sound of Belphegor has never been so devastating.

Whilst death metal is taken care of, old school thrashers Accept release their latest output with Blind Rage after their previous album Blood Of Nations it’s been a while since we’ve heard the boys, but it seems that they’re glad to be back in the saddle.

They may have performed the most misguided publicity stunt in a while but Upon A Burning Body have released their new album The World Is My Enemy Now as ever the boys bring the headbanging and finishing off this week with Deadlock and their compilation The Re-Arrival which consists of songs that have been re recorded, remixed as well as adding in some new material.
