Metal resident prog genius has announced North American tour dates with Animals As Leaders and Monuments as support. Definitely being an all star line up, Devin Townsend is to release Ziltoid 2 the much anticipated follow up to the now classic first installment. Whilst also having released their own Joy Of Motion earlier this yearAnimals As Leaders have been stunning audiences alike topped off with metal upstarts Monuments as support to be one hell of a tour, after releasing their brilliant The Amanuensis earlier this year.

After having released their new album in the UK yesterday and it hitting US shores today, Darkest Hour have unveiled a video for one of the many tracks they premièred before the album’s release. “The Misery We Make” is the usual affair, footage of the band in various set ups, from an empty flat to rooftops. Its their most radio friendly song, yet that doesn’t mean that its bad , its a got a brilliant solo hidden amongst the choruses! It just means that Darkest Hour are trying something new, which after the fairly average The Human Romance is a welcome respite. “The Misery We Make” is short, catchy and sweet.
