Now only a week away the wait for the brand new album from death metal legends is almost reaching fever pitch. Their thirteenth studio album A Skeletal Domain will be hitting record stores a week today and to add insult to injury for those who are waiting they have just premièred a brand new track. Entitled “A Murderers Pact” the new song is the longest on the album clocking in at over five minutes in length and is as expected absolutely brilliant, not to mention its one of the best written songs of their career. Renown for their reliability as a band, making albums that stand alone, it seems that Cannibal Corpse have slowly begun their evolution. Previously hinted at in Torture with more complex song ideas and more accessible song structures it seems that this was only the tip of the iceberg.

A Skeletal Domain will most definitely be one of the albums to look out for and quite possibly in my opinion the most mature the band have released and it all starts on September 15th via Metal Blade Records.
