In an episode of Twitter that we did not see coming, Divine Heresy, that other band with Dino Cazares in it, is back…we think…

At this stage it’s all become a bit confusing, but guitarist Dino Cazares announced via Twitter that the band intends to reunite with it’s original line-up including Tommy ‘Vext’ Cummings whom the band fell out with back with all sorts of unclear reasons. It was very public and very controversial, and now apparently that is not true and Divine Heresy will continue as a band that only includes Cazares and vocalist Travis Neal.

Don’t worry, we don’t get it either. It seems to be the Fear Factory situation all over again where two incarnations of the band were playing under the same name, and a lot of words were exchanged and drama flared. If Divine Heresy really is coming back, we can expect more or less of the same. It is silly, but let’s face it – it’s kind of entertaining, we just don’t want it to drag out like the Queensryche saga.
