Finnish cello metallers Apocalyptica have announced that they have written a song for an episode of the ‘Angry Birds Seasons’ puzzle game.

The song, humorously titled ‘On Finn Ice‘, will be available to hear upon the release of the next episode of the game on iOS and Android platforms. If you are desperate to hear the track now, it can be heard below with an accompanying video.

The cello quartet are currently hard at work on their next album due to be released early next year, but it seems like they have taken some time out of their busy schedules to look at the lighter side of life and perform for one of the world’s most popular video games. Yet another thing to tick off the Apocalyptica bucket list!
