All That Remains have premiered another brand new track from their forthcoming album The Order Of Things. We’ve seen some silly song titles before in the shape of two previous singles, “No Knock” and “This Probably Won’t End Well” but now we have a winner. “Trve Kvlt Metal“, the bands best sounding song so far, don’t get too excited though. Stating that so many people ask Labonte if they will ever create another The Fall Of Ideals, he decided, in true Labonte style to give the fans a huge middle finger. Hear from the man himself :

“It’s really sarcastic. It’s really directed towards the people that we’ve heard year after year, record after record, saying “Oh put out another record like The Fall Of Ideals. We’ve done that, and even if we did it, some purist would say its tarnished anyway because we’ve already done it. You can’t winso this is kind of like flicking my nose at them and giving them the bird.”

Well as ever, he sure knows how to treat his fans! The reason people are asking the band to record another The Fall Of Ideals was that it was a fantastic style, although ex The Black Dahlia Murder drummer Shannon Lucas has got a lot to do with the record being so heavy, I think personally. Anyway “Trve Kvlt Metal” may have the most ridiculous name but is the lesser of the prior two evils that we have endured. The small amount of the classic The Fall Of Ideals sound is very quietly present. It’s just ruined, as ever, by the big mouth. The growls are acceptable but the cringe worthy cleans just ruin it not to mention the overlayed screams that sound like milk being frothed in Starbucks… It’s not that fans want to have another TFOI, its that they want Labonte to just shut up!
