Mike Portnoy Makes His Twisted Sister Debut

The ex-Dream Theater drummer plays for the first time with Twisted Sister on their final tour.

Mike Portnoy made his Twisted Sister debut on the 30th May at the bands Hard Rock Hotel show in Las Vegas, NV, where the band kicked off a long final tour that will end next year.

Portnoy replaces drummer A.J. Pero, who died earlier this year while on tour with Adrenaline Mob. The band filmed Portnoy’s first performance with the band to commemorate the fallen drummer, and will also play a special memorial show on Sayreville, NJ on 13th June.
