Having released two brand new tracks so far, Chris Barnes is giving us a third sample of what we will be in for with their brand new album Crypt Of The Devil. After having collaborated with Cannabis Corpse, Barnes decided to get the band on board for the new record. Now, premiering a brand new song via No Clean Singing, we are presented with “Gruesome”.
The opening track from the bands new album definitely sets the tone. Fixating on the classic serial killer elements that Barnes seems inhabit, its a great introduction to the inclusion of the Cannabis Corpse boys, it’s a very different affair to previous albums Unborn and Undead, not to mention it has some of the best lead work the band has seen in a long while. A fantastic third example of what fans will be hearing on the brand new record, capitalising on Barnes’ signature squeals and the demolishing Cannabis Corpse riffs.
