More fantastic news for our friends over the pond, after announcing that Mastodon and Clutch would be laying waste to America it seems that in the same month they will be greeting the likes of Slipknot and Hatebreed. Releasing their new album .5: The Gray Chapter, which no matter what your taste in metal, you will have heard about. Slipknot have embarked on a sizeable world tour. Currently making their way through the UK with Europe seeing its fair share in February along with a visit down under for Soundwave. The band will then head back over to the US from April with Hatebreed in tow.

Having had Korn as main support for the UK shows and now getting Hatebreed on board, it seems that this is the year for a little bit of nostalgia. Jamey Jasta and co’s live presence is undeniable, coupled with Slipknot‘s ferocity every night, well it will be a sight to behold! Not forgetting Cannibal Corpse and Behemoth will be treating the state to some death metal glory in February…
