Hailing from Portsmouth in old Blighty the quartet play some furious death metal, having released their self titled effort previously in January 2012 through Bandcamp the band began to gain slight notoriety. Following was a tour with Fleshgod Apocalypse the band then decided to return to record a follow up and what came as the result is Demons. Once of the most fierce albums we’ve heard in the UK for quite some time. With guitarists Josh McMorran and Benjamin Ellis firing on all cylinders with some really tasteful solo’s behind the bulldozer drums of Janne Jaloma taster “Smoke and Mirrors” wouldn’t sound out of place with some of the top Melodic Death metal thrashers, Britain’s answer to Unearth springs to mind. Driven with breakneck speed throughout the song its an exercise in fretboard acrobatics along with bassist Anthony Ridout ensuring that the band never goes to far off course.
