Following from their first part of their making of for their new album Deathless, Revocation are back speaking about more ins and outs of the record. With interviews with everyone in the band, talking about how Deathless was recorded and how important it is for their career at this moment in time as well as it being their first with big label Metal Blade. Its a fantastically shot video with top notch quality and actual interviews with the band instead of the usual shots of people drinking beer in a rehearsal room or in the studio itself.

I personally think that this is going to be Revocation’s strongest out put to date, in the past they have always been fantastic musicians. Davidson is arguably one of modern metal’s most important guitarists full stop. Using different melodies that seemingly come out of no where and putting harmonies together that I’ve not heard since the likes of Friedman, Davidson is a  very talented musician there’s no doubt and now that the band is getting the exposure they deserve hopefully people will finally get the recognition they all deserve. There have been some elements where the songs would almost get a little lost in themselves. With Deathless it seems that Davidson and co have really matured and understood how combine their instrumental gymnastics with some truly killer songs.
